Indian Subsidiary, Dango & Dienenthal (India) Pvt.Ltd., Kolkata has manufactured specialized machines for Forge Shops and Steel Plants with design and engineering support from DDS, Germany. It also undertakes repair, refurbishing and maintenance service for old equipment supplied by the parent company in the past.

Apart from manufacturing new equipment, we are also specialized in reconditioning of the equipment such as Mobile Transport, Manipulator, Handling Equipment, Clay Gun and Tap Hole Drill and many more. DDS india imparts training during commissioning and maintenance of Hydraulic System, up-keeping of machine and operation, etc.
 
Product Range:

DDS-in has manufactured & supplied the following machineries to major steel plants of india.

Slag Racking Machine: The machine is used for [recise and quick removal of slag from metal bath in pig iron ladies, steel ladies and other matallurgical vessels. The capacity of the machine is from 10kN to 30kN.

Box Charging Machine: This machine is used for charging the furnace as-well-as for distributing the material. The capacity of the machine is from 15 kN to 50kN.

Tap Hole & Clay Gun Machine: Tap Hole & Clay Gun Machine are used for blast Furnace application.

Forging Manipulator: Mobile Forging Manipulators are suitable for the precise handling of small to very large ingots while forging. In addition they can be used for transporting the ingots between furnaces and forging presses or hammers. Load carrying capacity range of this machine is from 8 kN to 850 kN.

Transport Manipulator: The use of the machine is to transport cold & hot ingots from furnace to open die forge hammer. The capacity of the machine is from 3.5 kN to 250 kN.

Robot: Robot is an Art of integration. Once set, process and manufacturing sequence can procees fully automatically considering individually programmed safety features and locking devices as well as an adequate infrastructure. Load carrying capacity range is from 2.5 kN to 150 kN. Machine is ideally suitable for automatic Ring Rolling Line.
